THE FLEXIBLE MODULAR 'AIR-EX' SYSTEM

The Vac-Ex Air-Ex system is the safest way to remove material from unknown utilities, obstructions and tree roots being non aggressive and non invasive.

The Air-Ex is an inherently safe system for exposing buried utilities and tree roots providing a quick and clean method of material removal from these awkward and sensitive areas.

The Air-Ex uses a high velocity column of air as a method of ground agitation. The high speed (up to 1500mph) column of air agitates and displaces porous and semi porous ground conditions whilst leaving non porous objects unaffected (eg utilities, services and tree root systems)

The Air-Ex's innovative design allows for different length and style nozzles being easily interchanged dependent on ground conditions, application and excavation depth. Manufactured from PEHD, the Air-Ex is lightweight but strong, allowing for use over extended periods without operator fatigue.

The Air-Ex is the ideal solution for soil dispersal and removal particularly around tree roots. Its specially engineered nozzle, designed to convert compressed air into a high pressure jet stream using a portable compressor, enables ground penetration up to 30cm deep with less effort and greater safety than traditional methods.
