Supported Charities
Vac-Ex are incredibly proud to support The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust who have worked to protect wildlife throughout Kenya for over 43 years. The trust offers the most successful orphan elephant rescue and rehabilitation program in the world, providing anti-poaching support and veterinary assistance when needed. The organisation also works to protect other wildlife such as Rhinos and Giraffes.
As of 2020 the charity has successfully raised 263 orphaned elephants and have released 172 back into the wild. Our adopted elephant, Galla, was rescued in 2016 and we are thrilled to be able to support him. You can view our adoption certificate for Galla below.
Another charity close to our hearts is Circus Starr, who give the opportunity for children with additional needs or those in difficult circumstances to experience a night of pure entertainment at the circus. With over 148, animal-free shows every year we are glad to be a part of the joy they bring to others.
We have worked with many charities over the years and continue to expand this list as we find more great organisations to support.
